Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive faster delivery (2–4 days), while remote locations may take up to 7–8 days. In rare cases of delays (weather,
courier issues, or high demand), the Terra Roots team keeps customers informed
via email or phone. Customers can also check their order status anytime using our tracking system.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are not available during the first attempt, it will be rescheduled for the next working day.
