To place an order, customers must create an account on our Website. You agree to provide accurate and updated information while registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Terra Roots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

- Resell, redistribute, or exploit Terra Roots products without authorization;
- Interfere with the Website’s operation, servers, or networks;

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Orders can be placed via our Website. We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may be restricted for accounts with repeated cancellations. Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@terraroots.in or via WhatsApp at +91 78620 86889 within 24 hours of placing the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India only. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹349 attract a nominal shipping fee of ₹29. Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned, and re-dispatch may incur additional charges.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons. Replacements or refunds are available only if you receive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products. Issues must be reported within 4 working days of delivery with proof at support@terraroots.in, Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days to your original payment method.
7. Product Information & Usage Disclaimer
Terra Roots products are Ayurvedic and herbal supplements intended to support wellness. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Results may vary from person to person. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or purchasing for children. Terra Roots is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow recommended usage.
